Synthetic Vitamin B3 – Nicotinic acid is created using coal tar, ammonia, acids, 3-cyanopyridine, and formaldehyde. It is less absorbable and has more risks of side effects.
Every vitamin, additive, preservative and pesticide is poison. The FDA only states they are "generally considered safe". When you read the "Nutrition Facts" on any label, they are referring to how much poison is in your food and supplements, and not the actual nutrition from the food itself.
