It is proposed by the Chief Justice that Nikola Tesla's Wardenclyffe Towers were to be placed at the end of the grid, like a Nuclear Power Plant. Nuclear power being invented by Westinghouse & Nikola Tesla. Nuclear power plants act as a ballast to the grid; because they have no power “in of themselves”; the Wardenclyffe Tower would be regulating by “frequency regulation” er “negative feedback” and “negative resistance” or “demand response” etc. and thus generating "free energy" from what are called "reactive currents" all created in A/C power systems and in turn creating "standing waves or stationary waves" at the Tower; or as Nikola Tesla refers to them as “loops and nodes” of standing waves aka scalar waves. The same concept applies to a Tesla Motor and a Tesla Battery. The battery being the generator and the motor being the resistance. Resistance in the motor turns into Reluctance as the battery over-powers the motor.
